A Professor and Consultant in Endodontics, College of Dentistry, University of Dammam. Graduated from King Saud University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree. Afterword he joined Imam Abdulrahman AlFaisal University (formerly know University of Dammam) where he got his scholarship to continue his post graduate studies abroad.
He was accepted in Columbia University, New York, USA where he finished a two years Endodontic training. Then he became a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada. He persuade his dream by looking for a doctorate degree so he approached Harvard University and was accepted there then finished his Doctorate in Oral Biology from Harvard University, Boston, USA in 2009.
Awarded many clinical and academic awards such as “Alvin Krakow Award for Postdoctoral Endodontics” from Harvard University for outstanding research, clinical and professionalism in postdoctoral Endodontics. Also got the 1st place for best research presented in the annual meeting of the American Association of Endodontists in 2009, Orlando, USA. Moreover, in April 2010 he also got “The Young Researcher Award” at AEEDC conference in Dubai, UAE.
Published many scientific papers locally and internationally, and gave many speeches around the globe. Member of many regional and international Endodontic Societies. Serves as an Associate Editor for the Saudi Endodontic Journal.
